It is the understanding of Community By Design, Inc. that the Utility Feasibility Study pertinent to this General Development Plan is being conducted by the Village’s Engineer, Gregory Held. He has recently completed a study of the needs for the East Corridor of the Village of Mount Horeb. The study should indicate the need for such things as lift stations, a new municipal well, potential water tower and any other municipal utilities that may be of concern.
